Becky & Tre
Editor's Note
Some of the most honest photographs of a wedding happen before anyone says a word at the altar — in elevators, hallways, and hotel suites, while the day is still just a plan.
Becky and Tre's morning was black tie from the first frame: monogrammed robes, a custom-embroidered tuxedo lining, and a party bus glowing blue on the way to the ceremony. In the quietest moment of the day, Tre tucked a memorial card into the pocket over his heart — so someone he loved made the trip down the aisle with him. This story follows the day from the first mirror check through the gazebo portraits — and ends where the evening begins, with a first dance on a floor of clouds.

Chapter I
Her Morning
Silk robes with names stitched in script. A makeup chair by the window. Five bridesmaids in black, one bride in white — and an elevator ride that turned into the photo of the day.
Chapter II
Carried Close
Cufflinks, a gold watch, a bow tie straightened by steady hands. A jacket lined with 'The Vincents · 04.24.26.' And a memorial card, placed in the pocket over the heart before the first step toward the aisle.
“Some guests arrive by invitation. Some are carried close to the heart.”
From the studio journal
Chapter III
The Gathering
Formation walks through the lobby. Laughter at the curb. Blue light on the ride over — and then everyone together at last: the bridesmaids, the groomsmen, the family, and the whole party beneath the white gazebo.
Chapter IV
Into the Evening
A welcome sign swaying over rows of gold chairs. Rings at rest on calla lilies. A ballroom glowing under chandeliers — and a first dance on a floor of clouds.
