Manhattan is where our wedding work first found its register — Central Park's Bethesda Terrace and Bow Bridge for portraits, the West Village and SoHo cobblestones for engagement walks, and the rooftops of Chelsea and the Lower East Side for receptions. We know the city's permits, the doormen, the off-hours that keep the frame uncrowded, and the light each season pulls through the avenues.
In Manhattan we photograph at Central Park's Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge, and Conservatory Garden — with the NYC Parks photography permit handled for you — plus engagement walks through Greenwich Village and SoHo's cobblestones, golden-hour frames on the Brooklyn Bridge's Manhattan side, and quieter sessions at Fort Tryon Park and The Cloisters.

When is the light best in Manhattan?
We plan Manhattan around crowds as much as light: early mornings for Bethesda Terrace, weekday afternoons for the Village. Late April (cherry blossoms) and the first week of November (Central Park color) are the two windows we book out first.

Our Paramus studio is built for controlled-light portrait work — family, brand, headshot, and editorial sessions on backdrop and natural-light setups. We own our gear: Profoto strobes, medium-format and full-frame mirrorless bodies, prime glass, and tethered capture for in-session preview.

Yes. We handle the NYC Parks photography permit for any wedding or commercial-feel session in Central Park, and we know which entrances and shooting windows give us the cleanest frames around the busiest weekends.
Can you cover a full Manhattan wedding day from getting-ready to reception?
Yes — full-day Manhattan weddings are some of our most-requested coverage. We're comfortable moving across the city by car, hired van, or taxi caravan and we plan timeline buffers for crosstown traffic and elevator delays in tall buildings.
